TURN AROUND TIME:
Current turn around time is  based on product, pre orders can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks , launches TAT 7-14 business days. Turn around time does not include shipping. Shipping is based on  your choice at checkout.
Priority Shipping is 1-3 business days & First Class is 3-6 business days. Please contact USPS if there are any issues with your order after the item has been scanned.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I do not accept exchanges at this time due to every item is made to order, however PLEASE EMAIL ME with any questions or concerns about  anything I am more than happy to assist. Please make sure  to view the size charts, they are in every listing as well as the top of the website home page under "SIZE CHART" Please review this before checking out :)

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
If you have ANY questions please reach out to me via email I will assist in anyway to help find the perfect fit for you. There is a size chart in every listing please view this before purchasing but feel free to reach out for questions regarding sizes. Please message the shop within 24-48 hours if you would like to cancel.  Everything is made to order, therefore I cannot cancel orders after 48 hours of purchase.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 
Better in Black Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can locate your package. If you think your package may have been stolen you will then need to file a case with your local police department, I cannot assist with stolen/lost packages. Once your package is scanned by USPS I am not longer responsible for the item.
